Workshop Description: This workshop will explore the WCCAN Ambassador program, highlighting how it empowers students to become leaders in promoting college access and success in their communities. Attendees will learn about the program’s framework, key strategies for engaging students, and the impact of peer-to-peer outreach on college enrollment and retention. Participants will leave with actionable ideas for implementing or enhancing similar programs in their own institutions. Objectives: 1. Understand the WCCAN Ambassador Program: Attendees will gain insight into the goals, structure, and outcomes of the WCCAN Ambassador Program. 2. Learn Engagement Strategies: Discover effective methods to recruit, train, and support student ambassadors in their role as college access advocates. 3.
